In this phase – focused on developing your Supplier Collaboration capabilities, upskilling your team, establishing robust processes, and building “customer of choice” status with strategic suppliers – you will embark on the roadmap of collaborative activities that turn your team from contract negotiators into value creators.
The second phase of your programme with Vizibl focuses on the collaboration skills of your team, your relationships with key suppliers, and the process of realising mutual value from these relationships. By the end of the Accelerate phase, your procurement team will be armed with the mindset, knowledge, and skills they need to effectively collaborate with key suppliers and partners, and you will have succeeded at embedding transparency, visibility, accountability, and good governance at the heart of your supplier relationships, enabling you to meet the goals you outlined in your strategic plan.

During the Accelerate phase of your Supplier Collaboration programme, you will work with our team on solution design and implementation, establish a joint business plan around your shared goals, and focus on building the skills of your team with help from Vizibl’s coaching and mentoring team.
During the solution design phase of Vizibl Accelerate, you will work alongside our team of solution consultants to establish where the Vizibl platform can enable your Supplier Collaboration programme, and how you will measure success.
Following the solution design phase, our implementation team will work alongside you to onboard both your team and your suppliers into the Vizibl platform and get you set up with projects aligned to your goals.
To facilitate continuous improvement in your procurement function, your team will be fully trained in the principles and methodologies of best-in-class Supplier Collaboration with ongoing capability uplift workshops.
During Accelerate, the Vizibl team will enable you to identify key groups of suppliers – including strategic and bottleneck suppliers – and consult on appropriate strategies for managing each segment within your programme.
Once key opportunities for Supplier Collaboration have been identified, Vizibl will aid you in creating joint business plans with suppliers which allow you to cement shared goals and establish an ongoing engagement strategy.
As your programme progresses, your team will receive 1-2-1 mentoring from our expert team, designed to provide a tailored and personalised environment to discuss and overcome barriers and blockers to successful collaboration.
